The Ratings have become a useful resource for evaluating lawyers for hiring as outside counsel, for referrals, or for when seeking co-counsel in another jurisdiction.

Kenneth Suggs has been a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) since 2005. ABOTA is committed to “Justice by the People,” and to the preservation of the civil jury trial. ABOTA selects experienced and successful trial attorneys like Ken who display skill, civility, and integrity in upholding the civil justice system. Ken, along with other selected attorneys, were also chosen for their ability to help younger attorneys achieve a higher level of trial advocacy and to educate the public about the vital importance of the Seventh Amendment which protects “Justice by the People” and the right to a civil jury trial.
