January 15, 2012.  Victim 6 Attorney Howard Janet reacts to Paterno’s Washington Post interview in which he stated that he was confused by the allegations.  “In light of Paterno’s failing health, I certainly sympathize with him and his family.  I continue have greater sympathy for the boys who were victimized by Sandusky. Unfortunately, those folks acting on behalf of Penn State…contributed to this long running tragedy,” commented Howard Janet.
