Tara Posner
Tara Posner is an associate with the firm who concentrates her practice on representing children injured by mismanaged labor and delivery, and persons who are victims of avoidable surgical errors. Tara has helped to obtain substantial verdicts and settlements for the firm’s clients through her hard work and personal commitment to each of the clients she represents.
Ms. Posner graduated Cum Laude from Columbia University in 2004 with a degree in Economics. While at Columbia, Tara was a member of the Field Hockey Team as well as Columbia University’s first Woman’s Golf Team.
She graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2007. While in law school, she interned for the Honorable Ruth Jakubowski of The Circuit Court of Baltimore County and also worked as a judicial extern to the Honorable James S. Otero of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. At the University of Maryland School of Law, Ms. Posner served as President of Maryland Law School’s Women’s Bar Association.
Ms. Posner is licensed in Maryland, Washington D.C. and Florida. She is a member of the American Association for Justice, and the Maryland Association for Justice.
